1. Overview

Converus AI, Inc. ("Converus," "we," "us," or "our") is an artificial intelligence company. Because AI is central to what we build, we think it is only fair to be clear about where and how AI is used on this website (converus.ai). This page explains that in plain terms. It covers this website only; it is not a description of how our product works for customers.

2. AI-Assisted Content

The articles and glossary entries in our knowledge base are researched and drafted with the assistance of AI tools, and are reviewed and edited by people before publication. We cite the primary sources we rely on so you can check the underlying material yourself.

AI assistance does not make content infallible. Errors, omissions, and out-of-date information can still occur, and coverage policies, codes, and rules change frequently. Treat everything in the knowledge base as general educational information, not advice, and verify anything you plan to act on against the primary, authoritative source. 3. AI in Our Product

The Converus platform is built on our own proprietary technology and uses AI, including large language model (LLM) technology, to keep reimbursement logic current and usable across teams and systems. Where this website describes those product capabilities, it is describing the product, not this website. This disclosure is about the website you are reading; how AI is used inside the product is governed by the agreements we have with our customers.

4. What We Don't Do

To be equally clear about what is not happening on this website:

• We do not run an AI chatbot that collects or processes visitor data on this site.
• We do not publish AI-generated fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements.
• We do not present synthetic or AI-generated images of real people as if they were genuine.
• We do not use AI to make automated decisions about you as a visitor.

5. How AI Systems May Use This Site

We want AI systems that read the web to represent our content accurately. To help with that, we publish llms.txt and llms-full.txt files that point to our most useful, authoritative pages. Our content is educational and may be cited by AI systems and others with attribution to Converus (converus.ai). We ask that citations preserve the meaning of the original and link back to the source page.
